1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Blue Diamond Logistics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Blue Diamond Logistics provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Shipping between USA and Jamaica

  • Air Freight Services

  • Online Shopping Assistance

  • Package Receiving and Warehouse Handling

  • Package Tracking Updates

  • Home or Office Delivery Services

  • Third-party courier delivery when applicable

Blue Diamond Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Blue Diamond Logistics ships approximately three (3) times per week via air freight from the United States.

All shipping schedules are estimated timelines and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Airline carrier schedules

  • Weather conditions

  • Security checks

  • Government processing

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

4. Service Areas

Blue Diamond Logistics delivers across all fourteen (14) parishes in Jamaica.

Free delivery is available in selected areas only. Conditions may apply.

Deliveries outside standard service zones may be completed through third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer's own risk.

Blue Diamond Logistics assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or shipment errors.

Responsibility begins when a package arrives at our warehouse facility and ends when the shipment is:

  • Delivered to the customer

  • Handed over to a third-party courier

  • Released to customs authorities or government agencies

Blue Diamond Logistics is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or seller errors

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Packages lost or misdelivered before reaching our warehouse

  • Damage caused during international transportation

  • Delays or losses caused by airlines, customs, or third-party carriers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

Blue Diamond Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient or improper packaging by vendors or senders.

Fragile items including but not limited to:

  • Electronics

  • Glass items

  • Liquids

  • Cosmetics

  • Ceramics

  • Breakable goods

are shipped entirely at the customer’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must ensure all shipments comply with local and international shipping laws.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable financial instruments

Any prohibited items may be confiscated, disposed of, or surrendered to authorities without refund.

Blue Diamond Logistics assumes no liability for seizures, penalties, or legal actions.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Items valued over USD $100 may be subject to Jamaican customs duty and government taxes.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs declarations

  • Government duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any related processing fees

Blue Diamond Logistics assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties.

9. Assisted Online Shopping Services

Blue Diamond Logistics may offer online shopping assistance services.

For this service:

  • Full payment must be paid in advance

  • Customers must confirm exact product details before purchase

  • Payments cannot be refunded after the item is purchased

Blue Diamond Logistics is not responsible for vendor issues including:

  • Wrong items

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Product defects

  • Shipping delays

  • Order cancellations

All refunds or exchanges must be handled directly with the vendor or retailer.

10. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Payment

All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before package release or delivery.

All payments are non-refundable once shipment processing begins.

11. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or delivery.

Claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase or invoice

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Tracking or shipment details

WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims.

Blue Diamond Logistics reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on investigation results.

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Customers will be notified when packages arrive.

Packages not collected within 14 days may incur storage fees.

Packages left uncollected after 30 days may be:

  • Auctioned

  • Donated

  • Disposed of

This may be done to recover storage and administrative costs.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

13. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested prior to shipment processing.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the shipment.

Blue Diamond Logistics reserves the right to cancel or refuse service at its discretion.

14. Amendments

Blue Diamond Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting or notification to customers.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Blue Diamond Logistics and its customers regarding the use of its shipping and logistics services.

By using our services, the customer acknowledges full acceptance of these terms.
